I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing - always friendly and helpful, even at late hours. The hotel had great views from the 9th floor, and I could see the sea from my room. The location was also ideal, with plenty of shops in the area and good connectivity to the city center via taxi and tram. I felt safe in this area and it was a short walking distance to the tram stop. this hotel offered excellent value for money.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Convenient location, only a short walk from the metro station and easily accessible to key areas. Friendly and helpful staff, the receptionist went out of their way to accommodate our request for an early check-in. Good breakfast options, we enjoyed a variety of choices and found the food to be tasty.
We expected a more modern and comfortable space. Noisy neighbors, our sleep was disturbed by noisy guests next door, and despite complaining, the issue was not resolved promptly.

This hotel offered luxurious amenities that fulfilled my exclusive requests. the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage were exceptional. the restaurant provided delicious buffet breakfast, special diet menus, and Halal food. the private facilities were exclusive and the service was top-notch. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and entertainment.
The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi connection was not the strongest, and it was occasionally difficult to connect. this was a minor inconvenience and did not hinder my overall experience at the hotel.

We had a great experience staying at Surmeli. The location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions and enjoying the local restaurants. Our room was comfortable and met all our needs during our short stay. We also loved the hotel's spa area, gym, and the terraced pool with a bar. The restaurant in the hotel was also a highlight for us. The overall experience was enjoyable.

the massage we received was exceptional and left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Our only minor issue was with the breakfast options, which were limited and did not meet our expectations for the price. the restaurant provided halal food and the bar/lounge area was a comfortable spot for a snack or drinks.
